When you have questions regarding your allergy or asthma, give us a call during our office hours Monday thru Friday. If we are unable to speak with you at that exact time, leave a message so we may call you promptly with a response. Some questions can be answered over the phone, while others will require an appointment. Refill requests will be processed only during office hours. If you have a billing question, call 335-1952.
E-Mail
E-mail should not be used if your problem is urgent—rather, call us. We try to check the e-mails daily, but cannot guarantee this. Further, e-mail may not be confidential. If you use e-mail, you are giving permission for the release of your medical information that is included in the e-mails. If you have privacy concerns about the information—call us or speak to us in person.
Emergencies
If you are having a severe allergic emergency, call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Room. For less severe urgent allergic issues, you can call our regular phone number and the allergist on call will return your call.
Remember, our goal is to prevent your allergy or asthma symptoms. Starting your action plan or giving us a call/visit early is usually better than waiting until it is a crisis. Acting as a team, we can help keep your allergies and asthma under control. |
