Since 2001, our team has had the privilege of caring for thousands of families across Sioux Falls and the surrounding region. Then and Now: How Allergy & Asthma Care Has Evolved
When we began in 2001, allergy and asthma care looked very different. Testing methods were more limited, treatment options were narrower, and food allergy awareness was just beginning to gain traction. Today, our approach is far more personalized, evidence-based, and proactive.
We now offer more accurate allergy testing, tailored asthma management plans, and a broader range of treatment options, including oral immunotherapy (OIT) for certain food allergies. Modern asthma care also places greater emphasis on long-term control, not just quick relief. All of this means we can better understand your symptoms, manage your triggers, and support your health in ways that weren’t possible 25 years ago.
What Hasn’t Changed? Listening and Relationships
While technology and treatments have advanced, some things remain at the heart of our care. Our team still takes time to listen, answer your questions, and build lasting relationships. Many patients have trusted us for years, and in some cases, across generations. That trust means everything to us.
