Full transcript: An Allergy Myth that’s common is that gluten allergy is out there causing lots of the nasal plugged up itchy sneezy and running. In reality if you have celiac disease it’s going to be more of a GI type of problem, making you worn out. Could be anemic, those type of things. But it’s not going to be the nasal allergy, instead it’ll be things we breathe, not in foods.
